Information about investing in Baltimore city tax liens
249 Mccurley st
Lien 308.11 Assesment value 9930.00
Comments: I could not figure out which property it was. The house I provide might be it and might not. Anyway you do not lose much only 308.11 USD if you buy it.

31 S Calverton Rd
Lien 3219.01 Assesment value is 3000.00 or in other words it is missing
If we look at transfer information we see that the value was decreasing , still good opportunity NB!

1710 and 1712 Regester st
Lien 5817.60 and 4290.89 Both have assesment value around 15 000 and they look good.
Just the first is owned by company and other by private persons.

3514 Park Heights av
Lien 19.797 USD Assesment value 21 000
I do think that the value is much more-more likely 40 000-60 000.

1720 N Bethel st
Lien 2669.28 Assesment 7000 ???
444 Sq feet is more likely valued more than 7000 USD.

2544 Druid Hill Av
Lien 8.976 Assesment value 9000 or in other words missing.
It is obvious that investors are looking the difference between the lien and the tax assesment however it is missing in report you may find on internet. Still this is the most important caracteristic.

Picture of the house on Ash street which helped to make the investment return of 600 %.

Good luck in hunting liens.
